We are seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to support Market Area North America (MANA), one of our largest and most strategic market areas. This role is pivotal in maintaining Ericsson's Ethics and Compliance Program, providing tactical advice to business and organizational units across North America on anti-bribery and corruption and fraud prevention. As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will have the opportunity to develop and apply essential compliance skills while advancing your subject matter expertise in anti-bribery and corruption, fraud prevention, and ethics. You will collaborate with the Market Area and Group compliance teams, as well as other functions, to implement and enhance our compliance program and related initiatives. Your role will involve driving the application of critical data analytics skills to identify compliance trends and insights, which will be communicated to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills, eager to develop ethics and compliance skills alongside experienced colleagues. The position is based in Plano, Texas, and will be hybrid, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. You will report to the Head of MANA Compliance and be part of a dynamic team that is committed to fostering a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
