Requirements

Responsibilities

• Research market trends, demographics, and property uses to develop strategic concepts.
• Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Build relationships with business owners through meetings, coffee chats, and local events.
• Prepare and show properties, negotiate deals, and close leases and sales.
• Create marketing materials and conduct market studies to support your clients.
