Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License required.
• 0–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to perform basic real estate financial analyses independently.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate objectives.
• Source and evaluate potential properties that align with client goals.
• Support lease and sales transactions, including market analysis, property tours, and deal negotiation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork.
• Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting commercial real estate.
