About The Position
The Junior Collections Paralegal position at ABC Bail Bonds involves working under the supervision of an attorney and a senior paralegal. The role requires maintaining positive contact with attorneys, support staff, and court personnel. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, specifically from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is strictly in-person, with no options for remote work available. The primary responsibilities include extensive telephone work, processing payments, opening files, drafting legal documents such as complaints and motions, conducting negotiations, making limited court appearances, filing, organizing and maintaining documents and files, and preparing for trials. The ideal candidate will be expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively.
