About The Position

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Junior-Collection Management Instructor to support the Government in executing and enhancing the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection management course. This position is critical in setting intelligence standards, ensuring quality control, and supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and DIA collection objectives. The instructor will be responsible for instructing DoD personnel on various aspects of HUMINT collection management, including mission objectives, methodologies, and relevant IT systems. The role is contingent upon contract award and is based in Washington, DC. As a full-time position, it requires U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph. The primary duties include assisting the Government in executing and modifying the DIA's HUMINT collection management course instruction. The instructor will help set and enforce intelligence thresholds, exercise stringent dissemination and quality control, and actively support the collection posture of the DoD and DIA. Additionally, the instructor will support the quality of DIA reporting and operations related to all aspects of HUMINT collection management. This involves instructing DoD students on the specifics of HUMINT collection management, including the DoD HUMINT mission, authorities, functions, collection requirements, platforms, methodologies, operations support, operational processes, administrative processes, reports, and related IT systems.
