Requirements

• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable with a genuine interest in working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior experience working with children or in a camp setting is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be at least 16 years old or as specified by camp regulations
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in camp activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Assist senior counselors in organizing and leading recreational activities, games, and crafts
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all campers
• Enforce camp rules and safety protocols consistently and effectively
• Support the setup and cleanup of activity areas and camp facilities
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and team members to ensure a smooth camp experience
