Bring your strong analytical and business skills to work on a business management team supporting a rapidly growing technology team and business. Business Management provides strategic oversight into a wide variety of areas including technology budgets, operations, resource forecasting, risk management, culture initiatives, and more supporting Technology teams across Macquarie Asset Management. In this role you will be presenting monthly to the CIO on operational metrics (finance, risk, project updates, people/diversity metrics and more), and utilizing data to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership and guide data-driven decision making. You will track department budgets and resourcing, draft month end reporting and providing analysis of financial budget and technology risk metrics, and compile executive level presentations and strategy updates. In this role you will help develop a risk led culture in coordination with risk management and technology teams, tells the technology story through metrics, and provides ad-hoc support for Senior Leadership, Team Leads, and other business managers.

  • Present monthly operational metrics to the CIO including finance, risk, project updates, and people/diversity metrics.
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Track department budgets and resourcing.
  • Draft month end reporting and provide analysis of financial budget and technology risk metrics.
