About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Central Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. In this role, you will assist with implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for clients, gaining hands-on experience while learning from experienced consultants.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process improvement
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eager to learn and grow in a consulting environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice To Haves

• Internship or academic project related to ERP systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Business Central solutions according to client needs
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Participate in system testing, data migration, and end-user training
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Business Central users
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration
• Help create functional documentation and user guides
• Continuously develop knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
