Junior Business Analyst - Administrative Office of the Courts - Salt Lake City
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical requirements. This role will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects. The position requires a high level of coordination and communication with frequent meetings throughout the day. Time management is essential, and the ability to balance priorities in a busy schedule is essential. This is a remote, work-from-home position; however, you may occasionally be required to travel to court locations across the state or come into the Matheson office. The role also requires occasional after-hours work, including evenings and weekends, and availability to support production outages as needed.
