About The Position
LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS SKYVIEW MIDDLE SCHOOL Junior Building Custodian Full-time, year round position. Experience preferred. Sky View Middle School is seeking a junior custodian for the 11:00 am to 7:30 pm shift. A qualified candidate should be comfortable completing the following tasks:
Requirements
- Comfortable being on a ladder and/or Genie lift (heights up to 15 to 20 feet)
- Be able to reset Roof Top Units (RTUs) and be comfortable with being on the roof
- Reliable transportation and use of a vehicle during work hours / after hours
- Travel to the Pump House at the bottom of the hill
- Be available for callbacks outside normal working hours
- Alarm calls
- Weather issues
- Ability to change filters
- Be able to troubleshoot univents
- Have automatic logic systems knowledge
- Comfortable communicating with the police and fire department for alarm calls
- Monday - Friday 11 am - 7:30 pm Day shift during the summer
