Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and clients to produce timely billing and cost control reports for multiple projects.
• Produce accurate and timely billing and cost control reports while interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Invoicing and understanding the financial requirements of contracts.
• Involved in collections to ensure positive cash flow.
• Gather supporting documentation, check information for accuracy, and follow invoicing formats.
• Work alongside project managers to produce other project accounting data as needed.
• Provide additional support with administrative duties as required.
