We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Law Clerk/Junior Associate who is passionate about consumer rights and eager to develop their legal career in a team-oriented, remote work environment. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys and paralegals, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful legal work that impacts clients' lives. The successful candidate will have access to all case-related information and documents, authority to assist and support paralegals and attorneys, and opportunities for mentorship and learning across all aspects of case management. This position will involve supporting paralegals in managing their tasks, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting in the preparation of legal documents. The role also includes attending and negotiating at Pre-Litigation Conferences under the supervision of the Attorney Team Lead.
