About The Position

Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI's Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places' capabilities, and CRTKL's multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology. We are seeking a highly motivated junior architectural designer to join our Washington DC office's Government and Civic practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of architects and designers to develop and execute design concepts for various projects. Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 1+ years working preferred
• 1+ years of related experience
• Experience in Revit and Enscape required
• Strong graphic, presentation, and writing skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper preferred
• Experience with InDesign and Photoshop preferred
• US Citizenship preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of design concepts
• Preparing drawings and specifications
• Conducting research on materials and building codes
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure project success
• Participating in client meetings and presentations
