About The Position

The Junior Analyst in Accessories Planning will play a crucial role in the Supply Chain department. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure that the correct accessories are purchased according to current quality specifications. The analyst will be responsible for entering purchase requisitions for couplings and protectors, maintaining accurate data in the accessories spreadsheet, and conducting follow-ups with suppliers regarding order statuses. The role also includes addressing any discrepancies in orders and processing changes as needed, along with special projects that may arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Management, or other related discipline
• Knowledge of SAP and/or other MRP systems
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to details is critical in this role
• Ability to work independently and with little instruction
• Ability to analyze data, run reports, summarize output, and draw conclusions
• Excellent data management and organization skills

Nice To Haves

• Certification in any Supply Chain Professional Organization is desired but not mandatory (CPIM, CPSM, CSCP, SCOR or other)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct accessories are being purchased based on current quality specifications
• Enter Purchase Requisition for couplings and protectors for all NA when threading orders
• Enter, update and maintain accurate data in the accessories spreadsheet
• Conduct order follow-ups with suppliers and address any late orders
• Help to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers
• Communicate any order discrepancies and help in addressing shortages
• Process order changes and update spreadsheet
• Special projects as needed
