About Bateman Collective Bateman Collective is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in direct-to-seller marketing for Real Estate Investors. We focus on connecting distressed homeowners, who may face challenges like foreclosure, inherited property, or relocation, with investors who can offer solutions. Our work provides homeowners a path to financial relief while generating business for our clients. What This Job Looks Like As a Junior AI Specialist, you'll build and maintain the automation systems that power our operations. You'll work with workflow automation platforms, AI tools, and marketing systems to create processes that make our team more efficient. This is a hands-on technical role for someone with some experience who wants to grow fast in the automation and AI space.
Requirements
- Experience with automation platforms or workflow builders
- Motivated to learn how AI tools and automation work together
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple technical projects
- Comfortable taking feedback and improving workflows quickly
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and APIs
- Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect
Nice To Haves
- AI tool integration (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Marketing platform experience (Google Ads, Facebook, CRMs)
- Python or JavaScript
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical team members
- Desire to grow in a fast-paced agency environment
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows connecting AI tools, marketing platforms, and internal systems
- Translate team requests into functional automation solutions with clear documentation and standard templates
- Integrate and optimize AI capabilities within workflows, managing token usage and prompt efficiency
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot workflows with proper error handling and root cause analysis
- Monitor workflow performance, address failures promptly, and update workflows when APIs change
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and workflow documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand department needs and communicate project status to leadership
- Track automation efficiency gains and stay current on platform updates and best practices
