Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investments, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain information clearly and confidently both internally and with clients.
  • Analytical ability and comfort working with numbers.
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow‑through.
  • A client‑first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A self‑starter attitude—you’re comfortable working independently but love being part of a team.
  • Series 65 or similar credentials (or willingness to obtain them).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to keep learning.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior advisors in managing UHNW client relationships.
  • Help prepare financial plans, projections, and performance materials.
  • Join client meetings and support follow-up tasks and action items.
  • Work closely with our internal team (e.g., client service, investment, and operations) and our external network of experts (e.g., estate, and tax partners) to deliver seamless service.
  • Prepare and process client paperwork with speed and accuracy.
  • Support money movement, account maintenance, and day‑to‑day client needs.
  • Maintain clean, accurate client data and help ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Proactively look for ways to make clients’ lives easier.
