About The Position
Seeking a Staff Accountant, Full-Time (Monday - Friday) in Fort Myers, FL. The staff accountant is responsible for performing routine financial tasks within a company, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledger accounts, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records, often reporting to a senior accountant or accounting manager; essentially overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of a business by tracking assets, liabilities, and profits/losses to maintain compliance with accounting standards.
