Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and coding of invoices
• Analyze accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in auditing processes and procedures
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct general ledger reconciliations
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end close
