Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in client services, sales support, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Account Managers in daily client communication and follow-up
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain and update client records and documentation
- Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions under supervision
- Participate in meetings and take detailed notes and action items
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to account management
