About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. As a Junior Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization by acting as a key liaison between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary focus will be to support account management efforts by maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services meet their expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and creatively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with media relations and experience in drafting press materials.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and developing client accounts under the supervision of senior account representatives.
Help to prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance service delivery and address client needs.
