About The Position
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions or escalate issues appropriately.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the customer relationship management system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to optimize client experience and service delivery.
