Junior Account Manager
About The Position
Cavco Dorchester is hiring a Junior Account Manager for our sales department. This position is an entry-level inside position primarily assisting with home sales to our retail centers and community owners. We are located in Dorchester, Wisconsin in the leader in both modular and manufactured homes throughout 13 states in the Midwest. The industry is a rapidly growing alternative to local 'site built' homes combining floorplan personalization, innovative construction technology and less waste. Our homes are constructed in a climate-controlled facility, deliver on time and cost less. Requirements
- Basic understanding of the building industry and home construction
- Computer skills using Windows 365 and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma/Equivalent degree and desire for quality customer service
Responsibilities
- Creating quotes, with floor plans, for detailed customer follow-ups
- Correlate orders for our internal order check and prep them for the production floor
- Engage with the dealer base via email, telephone and some field travel
- Support sales staff and other departments as needed
- Periodic mailings of marketing collateral
