About The Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Account Executive to join our North American sales team based in our Austin, Texas office. This role focuses on working with small to mid-sized tour and activity operators, guiding them through the buyer journey and helping them realize the value of our platform. You’ll work a healthy mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting — turning interest into action, and building new conversations where opportunities exist. It’s a high-volume, high-impact role where consistent activity and follow-through are key. You’ll run full-cycle sales, help operators get live faster, and be a key player in our fast-growing segment. This role offers uncapped commissions — the more you close, the more you earn.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience or relevant education and internship experience
  • Problem-solver with a bias toward action and a drive to figure things out
  • Energized by customer interactions and naturally comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Track record of taking initiative, solving problems, and following through
  • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust quickly and speak to business value
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities, fast feedback, and evolving strategies
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn and apply feedback quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or other CRMs) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a stream of inbound leads — qualifying interest, running discovery, and guiding prospects through the buying process
  • Drive consistent outbound activity to identify new opportunities and build pipeline alongside inbound channels
  • Run full-cycle sales: conduct product demos, handle objections, align stakeholders, and close deals
  • Identify key business challenges and tailor Rezdy’s solution to fit the needs of small and mid-sized operators
  • Own your number — consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep HubSpot up to date with accurate deal tracking, notes, and next steps
  • Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and product to improve our sales motion and amplify the voice of the customer
  • Represent Rezdy and our values in every customer and team interaction
