About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Account Executive in the Paracorp Department, located in Carson City, NV. Under the general supervision of the Paracorp Supervisor, the Junior Account Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients and ensuring their service needs are met. Key responsibilities include managing incoming mail and ensuring timely distribution, accepting and forwarding service of process, processing state-level filings, and conducting registered agent assignment research in compliance with company policies and procedures. Additional duties include preparing and delivering entity updates, communicating directly with clients, and consistently adhering to internal guidelines. Daily tasks involve responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests; accurately entering and maintaining data in the database; processing renewal specials; assisting with entity-related research; forwarding mail; monitoring filing statuses; and setting and managing client reminders and follow‑ups.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn specialized software applications
  • Ability to process high volumes of paperwork efficiently and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to type 45 WPM efficiently

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office highly desirable
