About The Position

This is the most versatile sales seat at DOPE Marketing. We’re looking for Junior Account Executive to own a book of accounts that aren’t yet on a paid subscription and turn them into revenue. Here’s the opportunity: every time someone places a print order with us (yard signs, door hangers, postcards, EDDM, business cards), they automatically get a free DOPE platform account. That’s 20 to 30 new free accounts coming in every single day. We also have thousands of previous buyers and churned subscribers sitting in a database, waiting to hear from someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. Your job is to reach out to those accounts, understand the business owner’s situation, and figure out the right next step: a reorder, a print purchase, a platform subscription, or a full demo. You’re not locked into one product or one pitch. You can sell anything that isn’t bolted to the table: postcards, yard signs, subscriptions, EDDM campaigns, print bundles, whatever moves the needle for that specific customer. This is warm outbound. These people already know us. They’ve already bought from us. You’re not cold calling strangers. You’re showing real business owners what they’re missing and closing the gap. If you’ve worked in activation, retention, or inside sales and you know how to read a customer, pick the right solution, and close, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account activation, retention, or customer success
  • Proven track record of converting warm leads or lapsed customers into revenue
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day. The phone is your primary tool.
  • Ability to adapt your pitch based on the customer’s situation, not just a script
  • Strong product demonstration skills. You show value, not just features.
  • Comfortable selling across multiple products and price points within the same conversation
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Hubspot experience is a plus)
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-directed. You own your pipeline and your number.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to small business owners in home services, SaaS, or marketing services is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Outbound outreach to free accounts, previous print buyers, and lapsed subscribers via phone, email, and text
  • Qualifying each account: understanding their business, their history with DOPE, and the right next step
  • Selling across the full product line: print orders, postcard and EDDM campaigns, platform subscriptions, and bundled packages
  • Conducting platform walk-throughs and demos when the customer is ready to explore the full software
  • Reactivating churned subscribers by diagnosing what went wrong, presenting solutions, and closing them back onto the platform
  • Converting free accounts and one-time buyers into paid monthly subscribers
  • Hitting monthly revenue targets across activations, print sales, and subscription upgrades
  • Logging every interaction, outcome, and next step accurately in the CRM
  • Providing weekly feedback to leadership on objections, friction points, and what’s working
