This is the most versatile sales seat at DOPE Marketing. We’re looking for Junior Account Executive to own a book of accounts that aren’t yet on a paid subscription and turn them into revenue. Here’s the opportunity: every time someone places a print order with us (yard signs, door hangers, postcards, EDDM, business cards), they automatically get a free DOPE platform account. That’s 20 to 30 new free accounts coming in every single day. We also have thousands of previous buyers and churned subscribers sitting in a database, waiting to hear from someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. Your job is to reach out to those accounts, understand the business owner’s situation, and figure out the right next step: a reorder, a print purchase, a platform subscription, or a full demo. You’re not locked into one product or one pitch. You can sell anything that isn’t bolted to the table: postcards, yard signs, subscriptions, EDDM campaigns, print bundles, whatever moves the needle for that specific customer. This is warm outbound. These people already know us. They’ve already bought from us. You’re not cold calling strangers. You’re showing real business owners what they’re missing and closing the gap. If you’ve worked in activation, retention, or inside sales and you know how to read a customer, pick the right solution, and close, this role was built for you.
