Position Summary As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our borrowers and a key driver of our sales pipeline. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communication, qualify deals, support loan applications, and work closely with senior Account Executives to move deals forward. This is a high-activity, in-office role designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow quickly within the company. You don’t need to know everything—we’ll train you. What matters is your work ethic, attitude, and drive to win.
