About The Position

From this data, Bombora derives actionable insights that make it possible for brands, agencies, and publishers to identify, understand, and identify their prospects and customers, throughout the buyer and user experience, across the activation platforms of choice. Bombora is continually recognized by analyst firms as a leader in Intent data powering GTM data solutions. We're looking for a Junior Account Executive with experience in Ad Tech to join our Audience Solutions team. As an Audience Solutions Junior Account Executive at Bombora, you will drive revenue generation across independent agencies and programmatic partnerships, by both prospecting new customers and managing an existing book of business. This role ensures the success of agency deals by building relationships with key stakeholders, evangelizing the Bombora product offerings, and educating agency teams to effectively use the Bombora data and platform. A successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross functional teams, Product, Marketing, and Direct Sales, to bring our digital solutions to market. In this role, you’ll be a core member of our independent agency sales team and will play an integral role in crafting and defining opportunities to establish and expand clients’ digital footprints. You will thrive in this role if you are an energetic and organized self-starter who understands the sales process and data’s role in the Ad Tech space, can build relationships with the right decision-makers, and can succinctly define and communicate the specific benefits of Bombora appropriate for each customer. This role can be near our NYC office or remote within the U.S.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in digital advertising and or data or media sales
  • Understanding of the advertising agency landscape and ecosystem and strong relationships with advertising agencies and brands
  • Strong motivation and a self-starter drive that requires little direction and thrives working in a lean, fast paced environment
  • A positive and optimistic, can-do attitude
  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive and dynamic markets
  • In depth understanding of the digital marketing industry, the technology and companies
  • Exceptional technical aptitude and curiosity; passion for understanding our data and communicating its benefits to both technical and non-technical prospects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Curiosity, hunger/tenacity, capacity to learn, and an unwavering commitment to be successful

Responsibilities

  • Build and support new business relationships across independent agencies and small/mid-size programmatic platforms
  • Assist clients in creation of effective targeting strategies at the pre-sale stage
  • Support new and existing customer growth through in-person demos, client calls, and conference attendance
  • Proactively prospect and identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, inbound qualification and agency relationships
  • Oversee successful audience development, implementation, maintenance and insights across all markets
  • Be the subject matter expert for our clients around B2B data and the end to end buying journey
  • Make every potential Bombora user happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size
