About The Position
Join the JUNE 2025 Graduate Nurse / Nurse Resident Program at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital! The Nurse Residency program supports the novice nurse in the delivery of safe, quality care within a collaborative interprofessional healthcare team environment. The twelve-month program will be facilitated by academic and clinical faculty/preceptors engaged in the progressive development of critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills. Nurse residents will also participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and engage in implementation of solutions promoting optimum patient outcomes.
