About The Position
The Judy Center Early Childhood Liaison is responsible for case management, coordination of services, communication with caregivers of young children, home visits and tracking progress of services or referrals for caregivers and/or children identified in the Judy Center catchment area. The duties include assisting in the maintenance of data for evaluation purposes and tracking data documentation. The Judy Center Early Childhood Liaison also conducts outreach and coordinates the local playgroup offered at their respective school/site. The Judy Center Early Childhood Liaison supports and assists caregivers of young children in gaining access to services, provides follow-up and monitors progress.
