Hourly rate is non-negotiable. The successful candidate will be hired at the minimum hourly rate. This is specialized public contact and security related work providing for the physical safety of the Mediation/Arbitration Division court employees, and visitors to the Mediation/Arbitration Division in the conduct of official mediation hearings. Employees in this class are responsible for a variety of duties in connection with the mediation proceedings. Duties include checking-in all persons scheduled for mediation as well as extensive clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scanning documents, managing payments, maintaining filing system, updating and maintaining data bases, faxing, sending emails, taking and distributing messages as well as attending to persons who come to our office with questions. Assisting with the scheduling and calendaring of county and family cases. This position works for the Mediation/Arbitration Division. Work is performed under the immediate direction of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Director.
