Oversees the daily operations of the care coordination continuum "focused" programs, which include the judicial programs (competency restoration, offender-based health services (OBHS), homeless support programming, and SUD case managers. Oversight includes but is not limited to referral management, scheduling work assignments, training new employees, monitoring timecards, supervising staff performance, provision of clinical supervision, and assisting the leadership of Care Coordination with recommendations in the hiring and termination of staff members. Conducts weekly staff supervision with focus on providing strategies to support clients with care coordination needs. Identifies administrative and personnel deficiencies; collaborates with leadership as appropriate. Serves in a dual capacity as a limited direct service provider; meets and maintains assigned client caseload by rendering therapeutic services to clients within the respective programs of oversight.
