Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited high school (or High School Equivalency).
• Two years of successful completion of accredited post high school education in business, paralegal, computer, legal assistant or related program.
• Two years of professional office experience in business, court or legal work or a related area, with one year involving customer service.

Responsibilities

• Learn the complexities of the court case processing system using the statewide Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Provide clerical support for Judges.
• Troubleshoot, operate, and monitor electronic recording equipment in the courtroom when recording court events.
• Assist Judges, Attorneys, and Pro Se Litigants as needed.
