About The Position
The Judicial Protection Division of the Sheriff’s Office is responsible for providing security throughout multiple government buildings within Benton County. The position also requires a high degree of professionalism and the ability to multi-task in a highly stressful environment. Applicants must be team-oriented and capable of working collaboratively with others.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a current, basic certificate, from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy.
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- ensure the safety and security of the courts, administrative buildings, and all individuals within
- monitoring building entrances
- deterring disruptive or harmful behavior
- operating video surveillance systems
- making arrests when necessary
