The Judicial Law Clerk position involves performing legal research as required, utilizing various legal research tools, and evaluating case law and statutes. The clerk will review and analyze case files, motions, and briefs, observe court proceedings and testimony, read trial transcripts, and examine court exhibits. Additionally, the clerk will prepare, type, and edit Opinions, Orders of court, and other legal documents. The role also includes discussing confidential issues with the Judge and assisting the Judge and court staff as needed.
