About The Position

Justice David N. Wecht of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is currently accepting applications for one two-year law clerk position. Duties of this two-year clerkship consist principally of legal research and writing and involve extensive interaction with Justice Wecht and his career law clerks. Judicial Clerk 1 - Supreme Court of Pennsylvania M inimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of law. Superior communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, and writing skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Admission, in good standing, to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania or admission to the Bar within twelve months of appointment. Additional Qualifications/Preferences Satisfactory criminal background check required.
