Summary Statement Nature and Scope: This is a Permanent Part-Time position that must work at least 25 hours per week, while not exceeding 29.75 hours per week. This is the entry level of case processing work learning the legal processes and procedures and performing the full range of processing activities of limited complexity. The position provides support to ensure the efficient operation of the Court Reporting Department. This position assists with maintaining records, managing correspondence, and supporting the Chief Court Reporter in research, data entry, and communication with Judicial Officers, staff, external agencies, and diverse clients. The applicant serves as a primary point of contact for inquiries and must demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential. This is a Career Ladder series. Incumbents underfilling as a Judicial Case Processor I will be considered for promotion to the Judicial Case Processor II after meeting the minimum qualifications and Judiciary's promotional standards.
