About The Position
James C. Dever III, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina, is recruiting for a permanent Judicial Assistant to begin as soon as possible. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of chambers and performs administrative and legal duties as assigned by the Judge. The ideal candidate will display initiative, good judgment, professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task, and will readily adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate strong work ethic. This position is being advertised at the JSP 7-11. The court considers applications on a rolling basis.
