The Systems Support Analyst will have a strong understanding of software applications, networks and systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for providing technical support to our end users, resolving application issues, participating in IT projects and assisting the Resident Management Systems Administrator. As the largest juvenile detention center in the nation, the facility contains five major departments and various offices consisting of 600+ employees who serve an average daily population of 280+ residents.
