Requirements

• High school/GED + 1 year of work or military experience or Associate degree.
• Tech savvy with a track record of being fluent in technology (navigating computer systems and software beyond just Microsoft products) and using those skills in a fast-paced manner.
• Must be able to show up reliably on time with minimal attendance coaching.
• Prior experience in cGMP environments.
• Able to work with 12 hours rotational shift with breaks starting from 6:00AM - 6:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Load components and materials into packaging equipment.
• Operate a variety of packaging equipment (Assembly, labeler, cartoner, case packer, autoinjector testing, ID testing).
• Maintain strict adherence to SOP and cGMP requirements and expectations.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and system errors as needed (or escalate to management).
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Set up and operate equipment.
• Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations (e.g., filling support activities).
• Support internal operations (e.g. stocking items, tracking inventory, material movement).
• Recognize and report malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
• Follow and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.
• Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.
