The JROTC Army Instructor (AI) will assist in the development of student skills in citizenship, self-reliance, leadership, responsiveness to constituted authority, effective communications, physical fitness, and standard operating procedures relating to the administration, control, and training of JROTC Cadets. The AI will work closely with the Senior Army Instructor (SAI) to manage and conduct the JROTC unit according to school rules, regulations, and policies. The position requires maintaining good relations with school authorities, faculty, and the student body, as well as assisting in public affairs efforts to promote JROTC and the Army within the community. The AI will also prepare lesson plans, conduct training, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
