About The Position

We are hiring for a Sales Executive Trainee position at MVW City at The Mayflower Worksite, starting on November 3rd. This role involves assisting Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences. The position offers a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment where meaningful moments are made together. The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $17.50 per hour with additional production pay, leading to an annual pay range between $112,300 and $656,095. Paid training is provided at a rate of $32.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One year of related experience is preferred.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on the owner's background information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.
• Welcome and greet all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.
