About The Position

Headquartered in New York City, Intelligize serves Fortune 500 companies, including Starbucks, IBM, Microsoft, Verizon and Walmart, as well as many of the top global law and accounting firms. We are looking for a Telephonic Jr. Client Manager with 3-5 years of experience that will strategically manage and nurture key client accounts. They will leverage their expertise to propel business growth and shape strategies at a professional level.

Requirements

  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing large key accounts in a similar professional role
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Be adept at developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends within the Account Management function
  • Be capable of providing leadership and mentorship to junior account management professionals
  • Possess a relevant background in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Have a solid grasp of financial principles and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively
  • Be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining enduring, long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective account management practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
