Due to growth, Jr. Systems Administrator to handle first-level IT tickets, set up and decommission user accounts and devices, and troubleshoot daily issues—helping keep our IT systems running smoothly while gaining experience for more advanced responsibilities.

Requirements

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience
  • Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team.
  • Enthusiastic about taking on challenges in a growing company with a diverse client base.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Ceritfications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Server+, CySA+, MS-900, AZ-900, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • Manage user accounts using tools like Active Directory
  • Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Provide basic networking support (IP configuration, DNS, VPN)
  • Configure, install, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT teams for repairs, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Provide timely, professional support to end users
  • Communicate clearly and explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Maintain accurate documentation and time entries
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction
  • Handle user concerns calmly and professionally, including de-escalation
  • Other duties as assigned.
