In this role, you will provide day-to-day IT administration and support to both on-site and remote end-users through various channels including walk-up, telephone, and a ticketing system. The position primarily focuses on a Mac-based desktop environment, incorporating Active Directory, Office 365, and third-party cloud applications. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to support all Corporate Systems and infrastructure, which includes applications for Finance, HR, and Marketing, as well as LAN, WAN, and communications infrastructure such as phone and conferencing systems. Your responsibilities will also include managing relationships with IT vendors and partners, overseeing the procurement of software and hardware, and regularly monitoring, gathering, recording, and reporting performance metrics related to corporate IT services. Embracing industry best practices in IT operations and support processes is essential, as is establishing and publishing hardware and software standards for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes as necessary, operate IT Operations toolsets including SCCM, and support remote/offshore resources and contractors with access to corporate assets. Additionally, you will provide technical support for offsite events and have experience implementing at least one major corporate system, such as Finance or HR. A willingness to learn, attend training sessions, and ask questions is crucial, along with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail in your work, particularly regarding automation improvements. Effective communication skills are necessary to explain automation processes clearly.
