Requirements
- Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens.
- Proven leadership ability and a passion for training and developing staff.
- Flexibility to work across multiple culinary outlets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and a positive, professional work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Support the Existing Sous Chefs and department leaders.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items.
- Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff across multiple stations.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to create seasonal and innovative menus.
- Uphold the high standards of excellence expected at Chevy Chase Club.
