If you love clean templates, clever automations, and the satisfaction of fixing a tricky merge, you’ll feel right at home here. What you'll do: Develop professional forms for insurance companies. Create and format tables in Word documents for use in mail merge functionality. Apply mail merge fields to tables in the documents. Construct proper x-paths from an XML file and maps them to merge fields in the Word document. Perform quality assurance testing and support for assigned products. Troubleshoot problems with merges to determine where breakdown has occurred; repair merges as required. Write VB.NET and C# code as needed for dealing with form triggers and electronic notifications. Understand print system functionality so as to provide recommendations to Business Analysts for system changes as required. Work with the Application Development staff to resolve basic to moderately complex issues. Manage print task lists for customers’ requests and/or reported defects; prioritize and communicate status with customers as needed. Provide daily support to customers and co-workers resolving problems. Maintain good working relationships with counter-parts on the customers’ staff and facilitate discussions to resolve problems.
