The Jr. Salesforce Administrator will provide operational support and guidance to the company's internal users. This role is responsible for performing a wide variety of Salesforce management tasks. They will work with internal clients to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the Salesforce infrastructure. The position requires candidates to have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues.

  • Perform quality tests on development work to ensure delivery to business requirements and support SFDC enhancement testing and project rollouts
  • Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (manage roles and profiles, define/create fields, update layouts, automation/flows, and report/dashboard creation)
  • Respond to support queries, resolving issues directly where possible and escalating to the SFDC technical team where necessary
  • Log and track identified system problems through to a resolution
  • Help determine new requirements from user feedback and funnel into the technical support team
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
  • Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years' experience Salesforce administration
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Experience handling numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
  • Functional knowledge of relational databases and SFDC data structure, and an understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Evidence of supporting effective business solutions in CRM that generated measurable returns to the business or increased adoption
  • Effectively work in an Agile environment
  • Proven customer service and technical support skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences in a geographically dispersed environment (conf. calls, webex, face-to-face)
  • Self-motivated, creative thinking, and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Ability to work independently and triage issues in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
