The Distributor Initiatives Deployment Team is looking for a key player to support the execution of key distributor (DS) initiatives designed to support Herbalife distributors' success and growth.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of distributor initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational standards.
  • Support the rollout process by ensuring all tasks are completed as per the defined plan.
  • Support project management activities by tracking timelines, resources, and budgets associated with DS initiatives, ensuring projects stay within scope and are completed on time.
  • Analyze and provide insights on the interdependencies across various projects to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including DS Training, Digital Office, Communication & Recognition, Marketing, KAM, Operations and Regional Teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of DS initiatives across all relevant platforms and channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed initiatives, using data-driven insights to report on effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable steps for future enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support the execution and evaluation of complex, multi-faceted initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to assist in articulating program benefits and requirements to stakeholders and team members.
  • Data-driven approach to assess program effectiveness and support decision-making with insightful analysis.
  • Provide insights and feedback from program analysis to help shape initiative deliverables.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who takes ownership of tasks and contributes to team success.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present findings effectively.
  • 5 years of experience supporting projects such as Management Consulting, Marketing, Sales Initiatives.
