The Distributor Initiatives Deployment Team is looking for a key player to support the execution of key distributor (DS) initiatives designed to support Herbalife distributors' success and growth.
Assist in the planning and execution of distributor initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational standards.
Support the rollout process by ensuring all tasks are completed as per the defined plan.
Support project management activities by tracking timelines, resources, and budgets associated with DS initiatives, ensuring projects stay within scope and are completed on time.
Analyze and provide insights on the interdependencies across various projects to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with various departments, including DS Training, Digital Office, Communication & Recognition, Marketing, KAM, Operations and Regional Teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of DS initiatives across all relevant platforms and channels.
Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed initiatives, using data-driven insights to report on effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable steps for future enhancements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support the execution and evaluation of complex, multi-faceted initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to assist in articulating program benefits and requirements to stakeholders and team members.
Data-driven approach to assess program effectiveness and support decision-making with insightful analysis.
Provide insights and feedback from program analysis to help shape initiative deliverables.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who takes ownership of tasks and contributes to team success.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present findings effectively.
5 years of experience supporting projects such as Management Consulting, Marketing, Sales Initiatives.
