In this role, you’ll support process improvements, help develop and refine manufacturing methods, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across our PCBA production environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Working knowledge of electronic components, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
  • Familiarity with SMT/PCBA production equipment such as screen printers, reflow ovens, pick‑and‑place machines, and through‑hole automation.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding assembly techniques for through‑hole, surface‑mount, and mixed‑technology builds.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support process improvements and assist in developing new or updated manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, tools, and technologies.
  • Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing practices.
  • Train and support production personnel on process improvements, equipment operation, and best‑practice assembly techniques.
