We’re looking for an experienced and agile People & Culture Business Partner to execute strategic and operational HR strategy and support cross-functionally. This role plays a pivotal role in enabling the business strategy through people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll partner closely with Restaurant Support Center (RSC) leaders, cross-functional and cross-brand partners, and the Yum centers of excellence to deliver core people initiatives, drive engagement and culture, and ensure seamless execution of people planning and performance processes.
